Friday With The Charles Lloyd on 40 Days

This Was A Good Day

I am a massive fan of Blackberry and apple Crumble plus a Mocha and alas there is nowhere in #Ivybridge to get one in the evening. The day had been outstanding, Finance had come through for the Project, the Children were staying the night and the Vines were starting to get an interest. (Vines a small hobby) So rather than toast the day with a large Vodka Grapefruit I had this feast and continued with the Fast. I love the taste of Malt so a chocolate Horlicks with a but of instant coffee gave me a perk with the Crumble. I have tried filtered coffee with this, but it does not cut the bacon.

This brings me to issue number two. MEAT. We have a great Butcher in Town who I enjoy shopping with and Guilt is getting to me that she is not getting my custom. So picked up some eggs there and had a lust over the meat, before leaving without a side of bacon.

Smoking was in Hand as I had the mini Police with me at the Flat.
On the heavy side my step mother popped over with some photos of Dad with my part of the Family, so some thoughts of him were in my mind and remembering that he is in fact dead. This is an odd one, will not go into it here for now. So she played with the children for a while before going home.
The great thing about having the children over for the night is the carnage we make and then the settling down to a movie and sleep. Always wake up with a buzz. I took them back to there moms then did a some Vines before getting back here and typing this. It is another exciting day, but I best go out and live it & write tomorrow. Thank you for the read.
