Well I had a few beers last night, plus a Steak, so went to Bed merry and Full.  Of course not with out some good chats with the Tweeps. I have been getting into the SoundCloud thanks to Kellie Leigh @ArtistsUnitedWW who has a talent for finding great Music and sharing. She is best find ever on Twitter. So I and my ears were happy.

Should get back to the Plot now. As you can see I was up before the Lark and out the door. The Nicotine patch did it's job, I had some crazy dreams, which I enjoyed a lot. Coped with the coffee fix and went out of the door no issues.

As I have said I have a new Brand coming out in April, some very positive news came in at about Lunch time, I slipped and had a smoke. Relax I did not enjoy it and put it out early. The point is good news is coming in and I am on it.

So Charles what about the Meat and Booze? No issues there.

The plan is to distract myself in the Kitchen Making Dishes I would not normally. Soaking Pulses and making them edible is no easy thing, but it is keeping the mind off  Project X (40 days) and on new brand. 

So I have had a good Day, Kellie has a new find of which I have been watching on YouTube Drewedghill. I think I can avoid smoking for the rest of the evening and have some exciting stuff for the New Brand to do Tomorrow. Life is Good.
