Greetings from The Charles Lloyd

Hi There, Life Is Good on Monday's

Yes Today I got a Lolly Pop. The great thing about life is that if you snatch the smallest bit of adventure and really do not care about how cool you look, you can learn something. Well at least I think so, if your jury is out on this one, bring you argument against it my way and let's have a chat.
So myself and Elvis got up early and went to drakes Circus in Plymouth, looking to win a holiday from Ant and Dec. So excited people there thinking fame was on the cards. Moi wanting to test if I really had the confidence to play in front of the public and YES I do.
Sat at the drawing board getting project Brand ready I ran the danger of going stale and not keeping in touch with how people react. Also running the peril of loosing energy. Note to self I need to work on my energy control, expose myself to live performance more.

So The 40 Day Project.

Good point. OMG walking around Plymouth I never knew there were so many good looking pasties on offer. I kept seeing them in shop windows and happy people walking around munching on them. the craving to run in buy one and feast was 100% on the list of things to do. I managed not too, phew. The booze, yes I bumped into people who asked if I want to go for a drink, the answer in the mind was Yes, but when it came to going to the bar a tonic water did the job. As I have been working mainly from home temptation has not been a thing to really deal with on these two. As I have a massive cold which I am fighting the smoking thing not such an issue today, so the number one went down to number three slot with a Pasty hitting the One slot.

Sum Up The Day

I know where my weaknesses are on the performing front and energy issues. The boost of adventure has put the 40 days project into another league. I need to get out and about more and really exercise this project as one. Thanks for the read, have a great day.
