I Wish I was The Amazing Slenderman.
Well here I am, sun shining down into the Flat behind me, the children have gone off for a picnic with their mom and I am planning how to fill my day. Well it's a Sunday so I am doing a day of rest and had a bit of a Vine idea. Twitter was busy with the excitement of Arika Kane's new single and Chase Allan's up and coming gig. The good old Artist Untied team are always up to something. Plus t a great new Musical is being penned by a great chap in the NYC area, so checked in on that.
So changing the subject; I need a change of Menu as the body is nagging me to the fact that there is only so much it can take of beans and the spicy sauces and I was going to take heed.
Off To The Store
I put on my walking shoes and took me along the A38 to the big store in Lee Mill, on the way doing a Vine, me being a silly BBC old fashioned reporter was the theme. Must think of something else soon, done a few of them, but I will play this one out for now. Anyway, the good thing about not having a time frame is you can pour over the many items a super store has on offer and yes I was going for the Asian tastes. Fresh Noodles, Soy Sauces and Oriental Spices started to fill my basket. I had had a hearty breakfast so I was not over buying. Yes the Breakie was beans.
So What About The 40 Day Thing Charles?
Indeed, f you have read the whole blog you will know that the UK Health Service (NHS) offer you a nurse to help you give up smoking and on the Monday I was visiting her. She is a brilliant woman and I wanted to live up to her support (plus the good old NHS, thanks UK Government) So I really was holding off the urge to Smoke. Being a slave to a habit is something I am surprised I let myself do, but here I am fixing that.
The Children had not wanted Bacon for Breakfast, I had some tasty beans ready for me and some Chinese Cooking to do, so no Lamb Chop in mind.
Having the children over night, no booze in the house and not seeing the point of wasting 12 good days for the sake of one pint of beer, I passed on that.
Sunday night was a tad dull, so I did some paperwork and headed for the bed chamber early. So there it is Sunday number two, in Ivybridge, no meat, no booze and not smoking. Thanks for glancing at the blog.
