Wednesday the Second Week

The Charles Lloyd Discovers Vine

Yep here I am first thing in the Morning in Totnes. I had an important meeting in the morning, I normally enjoy my time here. but alas rather than the normal team I had a negative person to deal with. The type that dislikes my type and any form of new and exciting. So I did what I had to do in the full knowledge that I had the rest of the day to get over it.
Yesterday I had noticed my energy been dropping after about three on the PM for a week or so. I had a little think and it came to me why; Since going on the no meat diet I had been feasting on the good old Tomato, with pulses, on bread and the odd snack. A quick search around the wonderful WWW read me up on the fact that Vitamin A is high in a Tomato and I was way over doing it, plus Dan Dan Dan .... Kidney stones were possible, faint. So pulled back on those and today at 5pm I was out over excited Vining, with the App I fell over in the day.
OK this Vine thing, a 7 second video, oh so simple editing tools & an easy link to your Twitter friends. On Black Tuesday I had been wanting to smoke, Have a large G'n'T and sink my teeth into Porterhouse Steak.
At this point I was thinking how cool it would be to do a quick vid to let people I was under stress with out having to go through the whole YouTube Posting stuff.
So on my return to #Ivybridge @thecharleslloyd brewed some coffee and went to the App store in his front room. A free download too, simple to understand for the aged and easy to work. A quick downside, there is a lot of much the same stuff on there, but who cares, you are posting quick vids to your friends and followers. Not every nutter on the web. Do not go on about the Negative Charles. OK, Sorry.

Soon the Meanie I had dealt with was far from my mind, I did not want a Pork Chop, A Camel Light or A Large Vodka Tonic.

Once again, thank you for reading. Less of the diet and more of the Brain today, tell me what you think.
