Yep another Big Meeting 

Here is a view from the Tamar Bridge. The sun was beating down and I was going to make the most of it. I speeded to my meeting. Hurrah it went well, when you have new ideas and you need people to play the game and not get bogged down with lectures of how some one else would do it, I do a Happy dance to be spared.

The 40 Day Thing.

For those tuning in for the first time. I lost everything over the last two Christmas Seasons. I am starting anew. I work from my flat putting together a new business in a field I have not yet entered using my skills I have gained over life and some new ones.

I am using Lent by giving up Booze, Smokes and Meat for what I thought was 40 days, but lent is in a horrendous fact of being 47. 

So the pressure at the moment is more focused on no meat. I am caving it worse than the smoke. The booze is not an issue. After my father died I was on a bottle of whiskey a day and still going into work to get through the shock. I pulled back New Years Eve. The only issue I have with the booze is with the heat I would love to pop into a bar and drink a beer. Also I miss the company and chat, but as luck would have it I have found @vineapp where I have met some cool people and found a new hobby I like A LOT.  Also the mornings start well listening to Matt & Caroline on @Heartsouthwest
