The Real Friday

Yes It Has Been A Busy Week Mentally & Some How I Got Last Friday Up Here Below.

Here I A View Of My Old Cycle Ride Home To Ivybridge.

Yes this week has been the hardest of all, putting down the foundations for the Brand has been taxing. Two of my children going to America & the fear that my ex wife may just pick them all up and move back with out giving me notice is at the front of my mind. The Loss of my father still playing hard on the Brain, I did not take time out at the time to cope and I think putting an act on and pretending it was business as usual is now biting me. Hence the photo of the old days.

So before you get depressed and sign off the page. I some how got last Friday up here where this Friday should be. Whoops, not sure how to change it right now so going to leave it if that is OK? 

40 days Please Charles

Yep the 40 days, Friday was a good day for that. I was getting annoyed with the tec stuff so put it down and left to flat to try and do it from another venue. It worked, I had to walk past my favourite Butchers and the smell of cooking pies did not make me want to go in & feast. Where I went for a coffee and a change of venue I met with old smoking buddies, but did not crack and I had the children that night so booze not an issue. 

I Did Almost Get Undone.

As a treat for the children I ordered Pizza, Forgot About The Meat Thing & Ordered The Meat Feast.

Yes the Pizza came & I suddenly remembered. What to do? I let the children eat the topping and I ate the base. It would have been so good to have tucked in, but I avoided it. Pat on the back or am I bad for eating the base? Yes I could have cooked something else, but the base did look mighty fine.
